Each day, as the ovens rest and the afternoon settles in, we set aside a small selection from that morning’s bake.
Croissants still golden. Pastries still delicate. Breads that have lived their full, proper day.
Craig's Bakers' Hour daily from 3–4pm Monday - Friday, and 2-3pm Saturday & Sunday.
Not everything makes it to Baker’s Hour. And what does will always vary - because Craig’s has never been about mass production. It has always been about the rhythm of real baking.
