Innovation, authenticity, and how we work
At Craig’s, we’ve always been clear about one thing: we care deeply about quality, transparency, and doing things properly.
That includes how we bake, how we source, how we present our food — and how we tell our story.
Like many businesses today, we use modern tools to support that work. AI is one of them. We use it to visually represent actual products that are made and available at Craig’s, helping us communicate clearly and consistently while staying focused on the food itself.
Throughout history, new tools have often been met with hesitation before becoming everyday. Black and white photography gave way to colour, still images gave way to moving pictures, and letters were followed by email and the internet. None of these changes replaced authenticity — they simply changed how real things could be shared, understood, and experienced.
For us, AI is no different. It’s a tool, and like any tool, it’s used with intent and care.
Our food is real.
Our premises are real.
Our plates are real.
Craig’s is real.
Innovation has always been part of Craig’s, and we’ll continue to embrace it where it helps us do our job well and showcase our products authentically, while staying true to who we are and the community we serve.
