Hello Naracoorte, Limestone Coast, and beyond!
It's Craig here, and today I’m reaching out to all the fantastic retailers, venue operators, clubs, school canteens and business owners who make our region so vibrant and unique. As we gear up to open Craig’s Bakehouse & Café, I’m excited to share that we’re also working on something special for you – our Wholesale Catalogue.
Whilst we co-create our Wholesale Catalogue with you, we are taking wholesale orders from the 9th of September and deliveries and pick-ups from 16 September. You can take a sneak peak at our initial catalogue (download the file below), knowing its just the start. It's nothing pretty, design wise, at the moment. But that will come. If there's something missing, you just let us know.
What’s in Store?
From day one, I’ve envisioned Craig’s Bakehouse & Café as more than just a local spot for coffee and baked goods. I want Craig’s to be a key player in the region, providing high-quality products not just to individual customers, but to businesses across Naracoorte and the Limestone Coast. That’s where our Wholesale Catalogue comes in.
We’re putting together a range of items that will be available for wholesale, perfect for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, canteens and retailers looking to offer something special to their customers. Whether it’s fresh bread, pastries, pies, or other baked goods, we’re here to supply you with the very best.
But here’s the thing – just like our main menu, I want our Wholesale Catalogue to reflect what you and your customers really want. That’s why I’m inviting you to get involved in shaping our offerings. Your insight as a business owner is invaluable. You know what sells, what your customers love, and what they’re always asking for more of.

Just follow Craig’s Bakehouse & Café on Facebook, join the Craig's Bakehouse Menu Co- creation Facebook Group and follow our Instagram, Over the coming weeks, I’ll be posting about our wholesale plans, asking for your input, and sharing more details about the products we’re planning to offer. You can share your thoughts directly through comments or messages, or if you prefer, reach out to me directly through our website.
And here’s the best part – by getting involved, you’ll also secure an invite to our exclusive wholesale sampling events. This is where you’ll get to taste some of our products firsthand, give us your feedback, and help us refine our offerings before they go live. It’s a great opportunity to ensure that what we’re producing is exactly what your customers are looking for.
