Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to cook anything from scratch?
No. Craig's prepares the meal. You simply warm the sealed pouch, plate and enjoy.
How do I finish it at home?
Use the One Pot Finish: gently warm the sealed pouch in hot water, carefully open, then plate and serve.
When do I collect?
Craig's Table: Orders are collected on Saturday between 10am and 2pm from Craig's Bakehouse.
Craig's Supper: Order daily and collect from Craig's Bakehouse, before 3pm on the day of collection.
Can I customise the menu?
No. Craig's Supper and Craig's Table are fixed menus, so we cannot offer substitutions or dietary modifications.
Is Craig's Supper the same as Craig's Table?
No. Craig's Supper is the simpler prepared dinner option. Craig's Table Occasion Boxes are fuller occasion experiences with more components.
To complete the occasion, we encourage pairing this menu with a quality Limestone Coast wine.
A bold Coonawarra Shiraz complements the richness of slow-braised beef beautifully, while a refined Chardonnay or Riesling offers freshness and balance.
